Gravity Auctions is part of CLG Media Ltd (Gravity Magazine). It was lanuched on October 30th 2006 and is the newest FREE place to advertise and sell climbing equipment.

Our vision for the site is to make it FREE to buy and sell or trade your equipment, and to make it a focal point for the trading of anything climbing related.

By selling your items on Gravity Auctions we will donate 1p for every item sold to the following funds :

The Peak Bolt Fund

The BMC

ACT

The Dorset Bolt Fund

Gravity Magazine will make a donation based on the number of items sold, every three months.

ADVERTISING ON GRAVITY AUCTIONS 

What forms of advertising do you offer?
We currently offer advertising in static banner format only. These are high impact advertisements which appear at the top of every page. Banners are randomly selected for display and we have no control over the frequency of which any particular advertisement is shown.

We do not permit advertising within emails.

What is the cost of advertising?
Advertising on Gravity Auctions is a free service provided to advertisers of Gravity Magazine only. Any advertisers within the magazine will be given the opportunity to display a banner advertisement both on gravitymagazine.co.uk and on Gravity Auctions. The advertisement runs here for the duration of advertising within the magazine.

Can I cancel my banner?
Yes, just contact us at auctions@gravitymagazine.co.uk and we will remove your banner within 48 hours.

Can I change my banner after a few months?
Yes, you must submit your banner at least 14 days before it's intended launch date. At your request we will remove your old banner and replace it with your new one. There is no charge for changing banners.

What format does the static banner have to be in?
Banners must be supplied in .GIF or .JPG format and must be a standard
117 x 50 pixel size. All advertisements are required at least 14 days prior to your requested campaign launch date.
The banner must be saved to a 3.5" floppy disk in readable PC format, and sent with payment to the address below.

How can I pay for my banner?
Once an advertisment has been placed in Gravity Magazine we will invoice you. Your FREE banner will appear here at the beginning of the launch of the issue in which you have advertised. For all advertising see our main website at www.gravitymagazine.co.uk/advertising.htm
