The Gravity Auctions user agreement, also known as terms & conditions of use was last updated on October 18th 2006 and acceptance of this agreement is mandatory in whole.
The purpose of this agreement is to lay down the basic rules for the use of this site. The obligations of the supplier, Gravity Auctions and the requirements of you the end user. You are required to read this user agreement in full and accept all of the terms & conditions within it before Gravity Auctions will accept you as a member.
The terms & conditions laid down here are for all users and are effective from 18/Oct/06 The service is not provided to and must not be used by any persons under the age of 18 years. If you can not register, please do not use our service. Upon registration you are provide us a user id and password. You, the registered user are responsible for all activity on Gravity Auctions whilst logged in using this userid and password. You should use all necessary procedures at your disposable to keep this information safe. If you suspect that your password has been compromised then you should access your account and change it immediately. Gravity Auctions is only a venue. Gravity Auctions is not an auctioneer as in the traditional sense, we provide a service for users to bid, buy and sell goods and do not interact with individual auctions in any way. It is the responsibility of the seller to ensure that he/she has listed their item correctly and included all details relating to postage costs or extra charges for the buyer. The buyer should read the description of the goods accurately and be aware of any additional costs that may be incurred when bidding on an item. We do not act as an intermediary between buyer and seller should a dispute arise. If the buyer and seller fail to amicably resolve a dispute we recommend arbitrary third party involvement. The costs of this arbitration are to be bourn by the person bringing the action. You agree to release Gravity Auctions/CLG MEDIA LTD from full or partial costs of such arbitration. |
